OUR MISSION
MS CORP and its president
Visionary and patient, Mr. Sani Mouhamadou is the Founder of MS CORP and a senior advisor in defense and international security strategy.
In parallel, he provides high-level strategic advisory services in the securing of sensitive sites, the protection of individuals, and the design of integrated logistical frameworks for high-criticality, high-value construction projects.
He began his career as a senior officer within the French Ministry of Defense, with deployments in active war zones. A graduate of the French Institute for Advanced Studies in National Defense (IHEDN), he developed a strong strategic mindset and a deep understanding of global defense and security challenges. In recognition of his service during the ISAF mission in Afghanistan, he was awarded the NATO Medal.
He later transitioned into the private sector as an independent defense and security consultant, advising on complex and sensitive environments.
In 2016, he co-founded MSJ & CO in Africa, followed by the creation of MBJJ & CO, further expanding his strategic and operational footprint.
He has secured exclusive representation agreements with leading global companies and works closely with multinational groups across key sectors, including infrastructure, maritime works, environment, energy, mining, civil engineering, defense, and security.
Through these high-level partnerships and the successful delivery of major projects, he has built strong governmental networks and established a recognized international, cross-sector expertise.
International actions
Active across five continents and present in more than 30 countries through an extensive network of partners and clients, he has established himself as a key player and driving force behind major government-led projects.
As a senior advisor in defense and international security strategy, he has notably contributed to the logistical and security challenges of large-scale, high-visibility operations. This includes his involvement in the landmark renovation and restructuring of the Grand Palais in Paris, where he supported the protection of personnel and assets as well as the coordination of complex logistical frameworks.
With a total investment of €500 million, this flagship project strongly supported by Emmanuel Macron, has hosted major international events, including the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Francophonie Summit, and high-level forums on artificial intelligence.
In 2016, Mr. Sani Mouhamadou also served as lead coordinator for the investigation into Cameroon’s largest railway disaster (Camrail / Eséka), overseeing coordination between the Presidency of the Republic and the Cerutti firm, selected through an international tender process on behalf of the Cameroonian government.
He further contributed to the drafting of both the interim and final investigation reports.
He also took part in drafting the interim and final reports of the railway investigation.
At the Prime Minister’s Office, at the Étoile Building, together with the Cerutti firm, Mr. Sani Mouhamadou defended the interim report in the presence of the Prime Minister and other government members of the investigative commission established by the Head of State of Cameroon, President H.E. Paul Biya.
Mr. Sani Mouhamadou has established his reputation over the past two decades, based on his professional career, his values, his expertise and the trust of his clients and partners.
On the international market, he positions himself as a provider of solutions for certain states, particularly African states, during his various missions.
And on the side of the partner companies he represents, he brings a strategic vision of penetrating different markets, particularly the African market.
Today, he is at the head of MS CORP, which consolidates the portfolio and network of the two previous companies MSJ & CO and MBJJ & CO.
In the continuity of the development of his activities and backed by the trust and reliability of his network, he surrounds himself for MS CORP with a management committee composed of experienced, competent and multidisciplinary people.
