MS CORP and its president
Visionary and patient, Mr. Sani Mouhamadou is the founder of MS CORP.
His professional career is distinguished by his role as an executive at the French Ministry of Defense, marked by deployments to active war zones. A graduate of the Institute for Advanced Studies in National Defense (IHEDN), he has developed strategic expertise and a deep understanding of defense and international security challenges. For his participation in the ISAF mission in Afghanistan, he was awarded the NATO Medal.
He gradually transitioned into the private sector as an independent security and defense consultant.
In 2016, Mr. Sani Mouhamadou co-founded his first consulting firm, MSJ & CO, in Africa, and later established MBJJ & CO.
He secured exclusive representation agreements with globally renowned companies.
He collaborates with multinational corporations and leaders across various sectors, including public works, maritime projects, environment, energy, mining, civil engineering, and defense and security.
These exclusive partnerships, crowned by successful project outcomes, have strengthened his international and multidisciplinary expertise, allowing him to develop governmental networks and strong business relationships.
International actions
Active on five continents and present in over 30 countries through its extensive network of partners and clients, he has become a key player and driving force behind major state-led projects.
For instance, he contributed his expertise to the logistical challenges and the safeguarding of people and property in the flagship project of the recent renovation and restructuring of the Grand Palais in Paris.
The budget for this colossal project amounts to €500 million.
This is a project dear to French President Emmanuel Macron, who hosted major international events at this iconic site, such as the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Francophonie Summit, and the AI Summit.
In 2016, Mr. Sani Mouhamadou also served as lead coordinator of the investigation into the largest railway disaster in Cameroon (Camrail/Eséka); he was responsible for coordinating between the Presidency of the Republic and the Cerutti firm, which he selected following an international tender on behalf of the Cameroonian government.
He also took part in drafting the interim and final reports of the railway investigation.
At the Prime Minister’s Office, at the Étoile Building, together with the Cerutti firm, Mr. Sani Mouhamadou defended the interim report in the presence of the Prime Minister and other government members of the investigative commission established by the Head of State of Cameroon, President H.E. Paul Biya.
Mr. Sani Mouhamadou has established his reputation over the past two decades, based on his professional career, his values, his expertise and the trust of his clients and partners.
On the international market, he positions himself as a provider of solutions for certain states, particularly African states, during his various missions.
And on the side of the partner companies he represents, he brings a strategic vision of penetrating different markets, particularly the African market.
Today, he is at the head of MS CORP, which consolidates the portfolio and network of the two previous companies MSJ & CO and MBJJ & CO.
In the continuity of the development of his activities and backed by the trust and reliability of his network, he surrounds himself for MS CORP with a management committee composed of experienced, competent and multidisciplinary people.
